Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated while driving approximately 40 MPH, the vehicle stalled. The contact stated that there was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the power steering and braking functionality were inoperable. The contact had the vehicle towed to a dealer. The dealer diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the batteries and the alternator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The contact researched online and related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V348000 (Electrical System). The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 104,417.
