NHTSA Complaint #11616286 — 2019 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN

My 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT driver side sliding door is jammed shut and locked. I took it to 2 dealerships near me and both want almost $1000 per door to fix. The actuator is out and they said the loud noise when opening and closing the passenger side sliding door is a sign that door is also about to go out. My VIN doesn’t fall into the recalls. This seems like it is a hazard. If both doors indeed get stuck then how do you get car seats in and out? Isn’t it dangerous if other kids have to climb in and out the front doors? I’m so confused how this isn’t a recall when it will be dang near impossible to move car seats and kids through front doors or even moving 3rd row to get in and out and put back up for it to be sat in. What do you do in event of a crash if you can get kids out? Please help! This has been going on since March 2024.
