Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled. The contact stated that the message that the vehicle would attempt to shut off was displayed. The vehicle was able to restart; however, the failure recurred, with the same message displayed. Additionally, the check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 19,063.
