NHTSA Complaint #11614736 — 2020 FORD F-150

I have an actuated door lock on the drivers door for electronic locks. It recently started buzzing and not locking when I lock the doors, all of the other locks work fine. This lock buzzes whether I push the button inside the truck, push the lock button on the fob and also when driving about 5 miles per hour. Again, all of the other locks work as they are supposed to. I looked and asked my dealer about a recall on this issue and there is not one. I have a co-worker who had a similar problem with his ford truck that is a few years older and he received a letter from Ford extending his warranty so the part would be replaced at no cost to him. I am requesting the same thing as mine 2020 Ford has the problem currently and even though I can lock it manually when I use the keypad to unlock the doors it does not work either and I feel this is a safety issue and would like it corrected. I have attached a copy of the letter my co-worker received with the program number included for repair.
