Consumer Description
The contact owns 2018 Ford F-150. The contact stated while cold starting the vehicle, there was an abnormal rattling sound coming from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the starter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but offered no assistance with the repair. The failure mileage was 87,895.
