Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2020 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated while the vehicle was parked, the contact noticed that the vehicle was not able to start with the malfunction with the key system error message was displayed. The contact noticed a failure with the battery had been drained, and the contact was able to charge the battery. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
