Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Colorado. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V213000 (Steering); however, the dealer refused to complete the recall repair, citing that the frame had extensive corrosion and the vehicle was unsafe to raise up on a lift. The contact stated that the dealer was not justified in denying the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
