NHTSA Complaint #11611241 — 2020 ACURA TLX

The contact owns a 2020 Acura TLX. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V858000 (Fuel System, Gasoline). The contact stated that while the vehicle was started on two occasions, several unknown warning lights were illuminated. Additionally, the gear shifter button failed to shift to the intended gear and remained in the park(P). The vehicle was towed to the dealer twice; however, the technician was unable to replicate the failure for 27 days. The vehicle was then towed to the same dealer but was not yet diagnosed. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 75,000.
