Consumer Description

The car under carriage completely rusted out and cause a major failure in the middle of a major street. I informed ford of the problem by special mail and have not receive a reply. I took the car to the dealership where I bought the car. They said it would cost 8,000 for th repair and they did not know if the complete problem would be fixed. Please help. [XXX] , [XXX] [XXX] .
