Consumer Description

I have a 2019 ford f150 lariat with the 3.5 ecoboost engine. Ford issued a customer satisfaction with the F150’s regarding faulty camphasers. Ford sent this out to every owner that had a F150 made from april 15, 2019 to November 30, 2019. My specific truck was made in December 21, 2018. My truck’s vin number was not attached to that customer satisfaction program 21N03, but my truck has that exact problem. I took it to the local Ford dealership July 30, 2024 where they found I had faulty camphasers and are replacing them right now. I am currently trying to contact Ford to figure out why my truck was not notified. And not have to pay out of pocket for a problem Ford caused and created.
