The contact stated that while her daughter was driving at slow speeds into a parking area, the passenger's side of the vehicle collapsed, rendering the vehicle inoperable. The contact stated that shortly afterwards, Roadside Assistance arrived to tow the vehicle and observed that the frame had split down the center. No warning lights were illuminated.
