NHTSA Complaint #11602946 — 2022 RAM 1500

The contact owns a 2022 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the Forward Collision Avoidance became inoperable. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer on three occasions; however, the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The dealer informed the contact that the vehicle was working as designed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 27,000.
