NHTSA Complaint #11601577 — 2018 FORD F-150

The contact owns a 2018 Ford F-150. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the rear power sliding window top track loosened, and the window almost detached. A local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
