Consumer Description

My car has less than 9000 miles on it, when I had a tire burst on [XXX] California heading south around exit [XXX]. I called Prirellei and they told me that they will not talk directly with me and I need to ask Tesla to contact them. The tire replaced by Tesla. I asked them to contact with manufacturer of the tire, as Tesla is not covering the warranty. The Manufacturer mention to Tesla to fill the inspection forms and they will pick up the tire, inspect and reimburse for it. I spent more than 2 hours back and forth with these two. Now Prirellei tells me that Tesla needs to ship the tire to their facility and Tesla is not willing to do that. 255/45 R10 104 V M+S INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
