Consumer Description

I am driving back to Florida on [XXX] and my engine light comes on and the wrench symbol on my dash, as I am going about 70 mph and accelerate suddenly my truck going from gear/speed 6 down to 5. I take my foot off the accelerate and it goes back to speed /gear 6. If i stay at one speed and do not accelerate its ok, the minute I accelerate it changes speed. I took it into the Ford Dealer in Daytona Beach, and they are fixing the problem, but I don't have all the details. I am wondering if this is related to your recall to the 2014 F-150 where the problem is exactly like mine. I have not gotten the truck back, only that it is costing around $2400.
