NHTSA Complaint #11598697 — 2021 FORD BRONCO SPORT

The contact owns a 2021 Ford Bronco. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the contact heard a loud sound coming from the moon roof. In addition, the contact stated that the moon roof failed to close properly. The contact stated that rainwater was entering the cabin of the vehicle during inclement weather. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact was made aware of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V809000 (Visibility); however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The contact was referred to the NHTSA Hotline to report the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
