The contact owns a 2022 Honda Accord. The contact stated while driving at various speeds on several occasions, the vehicle experienced phantom braking. Additionally, the contact observed a warning chime, and the word “BRAKE” was displayed on the instrument panel. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
