The contact owns a 2005 Nissan Titan. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact attempted to open the rear doors and the air bags warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the failure had been recurring, and the vehicle was taken to a local dealer several years ago however, no failure was found. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 06V459000 (Electrical System); however, the vehicle was not included. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 52,000.
