The contact owns a 2017 Lincoln Continental. The contact stated that upon attempting to open the doors, the doors failed to open. The contact stated that the driver’s and passenger’s side front doors failed to open from inside the vehicle, and the rear driver’s and passenger’s side doors failed to open from inside or outside. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the exterior door handles needed to be replaced and that the failure was related to Technical Service Bulletin: 18-2327. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V077000 (Latches/Locks/Linkages). The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
