Consumer Description

NHTSA Recall 23V652000 recalled September 2023. Possible engine fire, Kia request we do not park car near buildings or other cars as fire is possible. It is now May 23, 2024 and no further action by KIa. Issue still unresolved. That is ten months and no solution. Vehicle is a 2023 Kia Soul. Can't even sell the car with such a serious recall! Hoping you can light a fire under Kia so they come up with fix to prevent my car from catching fire.
