NHTSA Complaint #11588144 — 2023 JEEP WAGONEER

My car recently hit 10k miles. We had a safe trip to Florida the week before no issues or signs of any issue. Two days ago I take my son to the pool at my mother in laws house and go to visit my parents and when I start to leave and pull out of the driveway my car stops and my steering wheel won’t turn but a certain amount. So I had to pull back and try multiple times. Every time I turn the wheel a certain amount it starts to sound like something is slowly cracking under the car. And the car just stops moving if you try to turn the wheel too much. I continue on my way home in Canton, Ga from Woodstock, Ga which is about a thirty minute drive and I have to take wide turns in order to make any turn and not get stuck or stopped. Vehicle works fine going straight but I literally cannot turn my wheel to a certain point or the car stops. It is at the dealership now and they can’t make it do the same thing day after they get into it but I sent them videos as it was happening because my neighbors had to help me park it in my driveway when I got home so I got it on recording how it stops and doesn’t turn properly.
