NHTSA Complaint #11586608 — 2020 FORD ECOSPORT

Okay, i got a letter in the mail back in February 2024, a recall letter, and as of April [XXX], 2024 we notice oil on the top on the motor and knocking noise. so we called the Dealership in Showlow Ford. Asking if the recall was due to the oil and knocking noise. So we towed the car to the dealership, and it was ck and they told us it was the recall part and that they did contact the Ford company to found out when the part will be available to replace, and replace the motor, per the ford company they said they are still working on the replacement part. They did offer rental but i cant pay second insurance and that was my car to work and getting to place, I'm still making payments and full cover insurance on it.
