The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle made an abnormal sound. The oil pressure warning light illuminated, and the vehicle stalled. The contact had the vehicle towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed with engine failure. The vehicle was not repaired.
