Consumer Description

I received this safety recall letter in Feb 2024. Have called Rivertown Ford In Columbus ga and they said they don't have the parts nor the approval to do the safety recall. Saturday while in Atlanta my car got a low oil pressure light I pulled over and called Ford they said they don't have approval to fix this recall but I can pay to have it fixed. since my vehicle is broke down. i had to pay 680.00 to get it towed back to my house. The letter said that in the 2nd quarter of the year..which starts April1.supposed to be when they should have parts..so right now my car is not working and I don't have extra money to fix this problem.
