Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2018 Ford Flex. The contact stated that while her husband was driving at 75 MPH, the vehicle lost power steering functionality. The contact was unsure whether a warning light was illuminated. The driver pulled to the side of the road. The vehicle was towed to an unknown dealer, where it was diagnosed that the steering gear had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
