The contact took the vehicle to the dealer however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the dealer was advised to not service the vehicle to prevent damages to the front windshield. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and informed the contact that the vehicle could not be serviced unless the contact paid for the front windshield to be repaired out of pocket. The vehicle was not paired. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
