What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? Brakes system How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? When hitting a bump or pothole, the brake would not work properly, and the vehicle keeps moving forward almost accelerating Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? No Fisker customer service line was notified but has yet to have a technician visit as they said an update will adjust the regen brakes (never supplied a case number). Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives, or others? No technician has been sent or a case number sent. Were there any warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? No warnings this has been an ongoing issue since the first delivery week after receiving the vehicle on 11/30/23
