The contact stated that the failure recurred, and the vehicle was not repaired. The contact discovered NHTSA Campaign Number: 12V551000 (Engine and Engine Cooling) however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 93,652.
