Consumer Description
Took my jeep Wrangler 4xe for the [XXX] recall fix to Cole Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership in San Luis Obispo California. My vehicle was returned to me in less than 4 hours of drop off with a depleted electric battery. The recall fix was not done correctly per Stellantis instructions. I’ve opened up a formal case with Jeep cares but no contact has been made. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
