Consumer Description

Regarding customer satisfaction program 21M05. My tailgate has had numerous recalls for the electrical tailgate. I have been to two different dealerships and they have not fixed the recall now my truck has major electrical issues. The tailgate opens up all the time on its own. Something to do with the wiring system that's connected to that is making all my exterior lights and horn go off constantly. The truck is at the dealership down. They're trying to diagnose the electrical issues. They now want me to be responsible for a diagnosis if Ford will not cover it.
