Consumer Description

Regarding [XXX] . I made an appointment to get the Important Safety Recall for the High Pressure Fuel Pump repaired. When I took the vehicle in for the repair on [XXX] I was informed that they did not have the part and they had been waiting a year for parts. Why I wasn't informed of this when I made the appointment is beyond me. If this Safety Recall is so important why is this dealership unable to obtain the parts? This is unacceptable and needs to be rectified for safety of the traveling public. The dealership in question is SHOTTENKIRK CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, 4970 E. Highway 377, Granbury, TX 76049.
