The contact rented a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 70 MPH, there was a message that stated the vehicle was going to shut down. The check engine warning light illuminated, and the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was not able to be restarted. The vehicle was pushed to the side of the road. The vehicle was towed to a car rental office. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 35,504. The VIN was not available.
