The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The vehicle was diagnosed with engine failure. The contact was informed that the engine needed to be replaced. The dealer was made aware of the failure but confirmed that parts were not yet available. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 95,000.
