The contact owns a 2019 RAM 3500 Big Horn. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V880000 (Fuel System, Diesel) however, the parts to do the repair were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair as the recall notice was received over a year ago. The dealer was contacted stated they was waiting for parts. The manufacturer was contacted several times and were unable to confirm when the parts were to become available.
