NHTSA Complaint #11571409 — 2018 RAM 2500

The contact owns a 2018 Ram 2500. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle the ABS warning light suddenly remained illuminated. The contact stated that when the failure occurred the cruise control feature had disengaged and became inoperable. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who diagnosed that the ABS module was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 45,000.
