The contact owns a 2014 Honda Civic. The contact stated that the air bag warning light was intermittently illuminated on the instrument panel while driving at various speeds. Over time, the air bag warning light remained illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and was diagnosed with a defective air bag module. The contact was provided an estimate for the repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 77,600.
