Consumer Description

The beginning of November my driver side door would not open. There was no warning, and nothing happened to cause this. I took it to the dealership. For $161.00 they told me I would need $980.00 worth for parts, which I had to pay upfront, so they would order them. Needless to say there is only one mechanic that is able to do this repair, so I’m still waiting. My appointment is on January 31. I feel this has been a big hazard, do to no fault of my own. I’m just Grateful that [XXX] I can climb through to still use the truck. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
