Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2023 Honda Accord. The contact stated while driving 55 MPH and attempting to make a complete turn, the steering wheel needed frequent correction. The contact stated that the electric power steering assist failed to operate as needed. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 5,000. The VIN was unavailable.
