NHTSA Complaint #11559230 — 2010 FORD FUSION

Hi. I’m the owner of 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid. VIN: [XXX] Recently, I almost got crushed while I was driving, because I suddenly could not use brakes…this is happened because of the known ABS issue with this car (I called my mechanic, he diagnosed the issue and it is with ABS Module and it is under a recall and should be fixed by a dealer). However, when I got my car to the dealership, I was surprised that it is not a recall for a Hybrid version of Ford Fusion my year and I have to pay from my own pocket almost $5,000 for part and labor. I do not understand why, it is unfair. This is the known issue for a very long time for so many people. It should be recalled and fixed. You can die while you’re driving!!!
