VEHICLE STALLED TWICE IN THE PAST 2 MONTHS AT THE TRAFFIC LIGHT. NO ACCIDENT OCCURRED BUT CAUSED TRAFFIC. THE CAR HAS BEEN MAINTAINED EXCEPTIONALLY WELL.
