The contact received a pain shot for her pains, prescribed ibuprofen, and received a x-ray. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to reach out to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was unknown.
