Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2017 Honda CR-V. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the ABS, Forward Collision Avoidance, and Emissions warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who changed the engine oil and updated the engine software. After retrieving the vehicle, the warning lights returned. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer who diagnosed that there was fuel inside the engine oil and the fuel injectors needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 84,292.
