The local dealer was contacted and charged a fee for diagnostic testing. The vehicle was not yet diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the failure recurred several times while driving, and the vehicle had become undrivable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, and a case was opened.
