NHTSA Complaint #11550703 — 2021 VOLKSWAGEN ID.4

I have an id.4 (VIN: [XXX] ) which has recall issues. I've been trying to get this rectified but have been told there is no resolution for the past 6+ months. yesterday both my speedometer and main (entertainment) screen went blank. I called the dealer and was told they do not know what the issue is, but the vehicle is safe to drive since it "works". I do not know what the speed is, and I get warnings that none of the sensors work (front, airbag, speed control, etc...). I contacted VW corporate and was told this is a dealer problem. I keep getting put in between the corporate office and dealer with no resolution, yet I paid 50k for car that isn't safe for my family (I have a 5 year old). What am I supposed to do? Also VW dealership said they can take the car in, hold it for months with no resolution, but will not provide a car. I am out of car and hope that you all can help me. This is just not right.
