The contact owns a 2014 Ford Taurus. The contact stated while driving 30-50 MPH, the vehicle was jerking. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that he had parked and stopped driving the vehicle. The dealer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 34,720.
