NHTSA Complaint #11549232 — 2020 JEEP GLADIATOR

I recently purchased my Jeep Gladiator and the steering is extremely loose and if feels out of control while driving. I contacted my local dealership and they refused to help and told me to call Chrysler corporate. I contacted Chrysler and they rejected my claim and refused to help. The dealership told me there was [XXX] that states the steering gear box was aluminum and was recommended to be replaced with a different style. This vehicle I just purchased has not be changed and is a safety issue due to loose steering and at high speeds the vehicle feels out of control and dangerous.
