Received recall notice and advised in AUG in letter that parts were available . Made appt with Nick Mayer Lincoln Mayfield Hts Ohio for 9/6 8:00 am. While on the way they called to say they cant do it because they didn't have the parts. I visited on 9/11 and discussed with the service manager that I was on the list and they would contact me////// Watching the Cleveland news tonight I see that there was a fire of a 2019 MKC3 .
