Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle lost motive power. The accelerator and brake pedals became inoperable. The check engine warning light was illuminated. Additionally, the engine power reduced message was displayed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the failure was caused by a faulty oxygen sensor. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 44,000. The VIN was not available.
