Consumer Description
My VW id4 2021 has been recalled for High Voltage battery issues. My local dealer, FLOW vw of Asheville NC cannot perform the work as they do not have a certified technician. The closest tech I can find is in Bristol TN. VW will only tow my car to the closest dealer, FLOW in Asheville. Should VW be responsible to get my car to a dealer that can perform this work?
