Consumer Description

problems with the heating coolant temperature regulation sometimes not heating at all or cooling too much. Check engine light came on and coded that toe coolant bypass valve was the issue. This has since been replaced 4 times over the last two years . The wiring was checked and working. The mechanic (not Dodge) stated that there was a software update needed that had to come from the manufacturer yet the Dodge dealer will not acknowledge this. Technical Service Bulletin [XXX] .
